5th Annual Space Coast Winter Tournament

DSSI just got a knew title this past week end, they call us the Boys of South Florida of DSSI.  We went to the 5th Annual Space Coast Winter Tournament, Shihan Cesar Fernandez taking 1st place in Kobudo, Sensei Antonio Gomez taking 2nd place in Kobudo, and Sensei Gregorio Gomez taking 4th place in Kobudo.  It was very nice to see all DSSI students in the front taking over the tournament showing the power of the DSSI system.

Also in Kata, Shihan Cesar Fernandez comes back and takes 1st in kata it was no surprise for everyone to see DSSI taking this division for the 2nd time for the past 2 years.  Sensei Antonio Gomes takes 3rd in his division in kata , and Sensei Gregorio Gomez takes 4th in his division. 

For the grand champion Shihan Cesar Fernandez takes 2nd

Congratulation to Sensei Gregorio Gomez, Sensei Antonio Gomez and Sensei Tara Lee for their hard work at the tournament.
